These terms govern your use of the Brders iOS app and website operated by MindDose Labs, LLC. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By downloading, accessing, or using Brders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use Brders. If you are under 18, you may use Brders only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Brders is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than the interfaces we provide. Some features may be offered for free while others may be paid; any prices and billing will be disclosed in the app and are subject to the terms of the Apple App Store.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Brders if we believe you have violated these terms, misused the app, or interfered with its operation. Where reasonable, we will try to provide notice, but we may act immediately if we believe it is necessary to protect the app, our users, or third parties.
Brders, including its design, borders, graphics, trademarks, and underlying software, is owned by MindDose Labs, LLC or our licensors.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not store your video content on our servers except temporarily if required for processing as part of the features you use.
We aim to keep Brders reliable and enjoyable to use, but we do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Brders at any time, including features, content, or availability, without notice.
Brders is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindDose Labs, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of Brders.
Our total liability for any claim related to Brders is limited to the amount you paid for the app and in-app purchases, or, if you use only free features, $0.
Your use of Brders through the Apple App Store may also be subject to Apple’s own terms and policies. Those terms are a separate agreement between you and Apple.
Some features of Brders may rely on third-party services, libraries, or APIs. We are not responsible for any interruptions, changes, or discontinuation of those third-party services.
Certain components used in Brders may be provided under separate open-source or third-party licenses. Notices for these components are provided within the app or are available upon request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use data, including our use of anonymous analytics. By using Brders, you acknowledge that your use of the app and website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as we improve Brders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
